Shanti Som Wellbeing Retreat is located within a few hours flying time of Europe's major cities, only 65 km from Malaga airport. Nestled in the midst of nature surrounded by the Sierra de las Nieves Nature Park and Biosphere reserve, it has been carefully constructed respecting and incorporating local materials as well as following the guidelines of Feng-Shui.

Maya will return to Shanti Som after the success of last year to host her summer retreat from 21st to the 28th of July. She will hold twice daily yoga sessions, including the morning Sadhana. Maya will take you through powerful asanas, healing mantras and calming meditation. As usual Maya will be choosing wonderful music and take you through the yoga with her great smile. There will also be plenty of time to relax in the rooms, courtyard or terraces, enjoy the Shanti Som spa treatments or to simply soak up the sun by the pool.

Surrounded by pine, almond, lemon and olive trees, Shanti Som is ideal for those who want to combine the peace and quiet of the countryside with a day on the beaches of the Costa de Sol, which are only a few minutes drive away.
