Maya will be giving classes at the exciting and traditionally very well attended Yoga Show in London on the 31st October and the 1st November. She will give two 30 minute open classes, "New Lungs & Heart" and "Disease Resistance & Strengthening of the Immune System" as well as an hour workshop class, "Detox & Destress".
