This workshop combines the principles of Kundalini Yoga and Maya's musical talents to manifest prosperity and realise your highest potential by invoking your Kundalini energy to produce vitality, wisdom and bliss. Using a series of movements, breathing exercises, mantras and chants, Maya will take you through a fun and inspring practice that is specially designed to help you recognise, accept and embrace your intuitive voice; and activate the creative force within you. This workshop will eliminate blocks that are preventing you from enjoying life to the fullest and achieving abundance.
