When the days are long and it's cold and bitter out there, what better way to lighten up, and warm up,
than to join me in my Kundalini yoga classes, which include powerful asanas but also lots of music,
which will give you an automatic 'feel good' factor. I will get you moving and shaking, creating lots
of warmth from inside. The use of mantras and meditation will also give you the tools to face those
wintery blustery days with great ease.
