Celebrity yoga master Maya Fiennes' lessons were so popular last summer that she has set up at the attractive destination spa Reethi Rah, to teach Kundalini yoga courses in the beach-front pavilion. Music is integral to beginner-friendly Kundalini, making it an obvious choice for Fiennes, a trained concert pianist. Courses (taken individually or in groups) will suit everyone, and the focus changes weekly - from immunity-strengthening to 'seven chakras' and detox.
