This month the One&Only resorts in Mauritius launch yoga schools by renowned instructor Maya Fiennes (pictured).
Macedonian-born Maya has created a unique style of modern yoga and meditation based on Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathing and chanting to energise the body and relax the mind, while strengthening the body's nervous and immune system.
The yoga schools will take place from 3-17th April 2006 at One&Only Le Touessrok, Mauritius and 18th April-2nd may at One&Only Le Saint Geran, Mauritius.
