Le Manoir de L'Etang Yoga Retreat, Mougins, 17th-21st June 2009

I am always looking forward to my retreats in Mougins. Camilla is a perfect host and makes everyone very welcomed. This year there was a wide range of people, different ages but they all felt like one entity. The pleasure evident on their faces made my trip worth while.

The Asia Yoga Conference, Hong Kong, June 11th-14th 2009

"Every time it gets better and better. My classes were absolutely full with 50-60 people in each one and it is so nice to have a following here in HK. We did yoga 4 hours a day and I loved every moment of it. It was a bonus to meet up with all the gorgeous girls I knew from Bali and we all had a great time at MC Yogi's concert."

"We woke up at 4am to get to the volcano north of Ubud, Bali. It was breath taking! The sun was rising whilst we chanted Gayatri mantra with Dave and then Shiva Rea and I taught yoga to our joint groups... they loved it!!"

Maya @ the London Yoga Show, 31st October - 2nd November 2008

The show this year was a great success! Maya's open classes were over-subscribed and there were people everywhere doing Maya's kundalini yoga. She also hooked up with some other yogis including Duncan Wong and Hemalayaa. The highlight of the show was when Hazel, aged 6 years old, came to see Maya telling her how she does Maya's yoga on the BiB channel (275) on Sky TV, every day!
